SHIPPING ADDRESS: PLEASE READ! Do not list P.O. Boxes as shipping addresses, unless specified by item in shopping cart, i.e. Throat Spray is shipped via U.S. Mail. UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box. Please be sure to list the proper billing address in which your credit card is registered to for proper order processing and verification.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - WE DO NOT ACCEPT OR PROCESS ORDERS OUTSIDE OF THE CONTINENTAL U.S.A. We do not accept foreign credit cards for payment on any orders. Earthbound Designs reserves the right to refuse shipment to any company, individual, and/or country.

EARTHBOUND DESIGNS RETURN POLICY; ALL SALES ARE FINAL - EXCHANGES ONLY - NO CASH REFUNDS: You must call us for authorization prior to returning any item(s). Shipping fees will not be reimbursed, only the cost of the item itself minus a 25% restocking Fee. Due to the nature of software sales and copyright laws, (CD, CD+G, Laser Disc, Video Disc, DVD, CD-Rom and Floppy Discs), opened software cannot be returned for anything other than the replacement of the same identical item purchased. We will gladly exchange any equipment within 30 days of the shipping date. A 25% restocking fee will apply to all returned equipment or order cancellations that have already been shipped out and processed. All equipment must be returned in it's original packaging and must include any owner manuals, connecting cables, and any and all accessories (including FREE items). After 30 Days, the manufacturer's warranty is in effect. Be sure to fill out and mail in all warranty certificates. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE EQUIPMENT: If an item has been damaged by the carrier, U.P.S., etc. For example: The box is severely damaged when it is delivered to you, DO NOT ACCEPT IT! Have the carrier wait while you check out the merchandise to make sure everything is O.K. If your item(s) are damaged, have the carrier take it back and contact us immediately. Due to the nature of instruments that require striking, beating, etc., they may not be exchanged. Defective equipment will be exchanged by the factory provided it is within the warranty period, usually 90 Days to 1 year depending upon their policy. Items received with apparent misuse or neglect will not be acceptable for return and will be returned to customer without exchange. If you have any questions concerning our return policies, please feel free to give us a call at 1-928-754-3986. COMPUTERS AND COMPUTER PARTS: Manufacturer's one year parts and labor. Earthbound Designs will not provide a refund on a computer purchase. If the unit does not operate correctly, it is covered under the standard hardware warranty policy and Earthbound Designs will repair or replace it at our option. |
